In this "grounded starseeds" sustainable healthy lifestyle video, I was invited by my inner guidance to share about the realities of the corrupted food industry on Terra and invite reflections and ways of nourishing our bodies in the healthiest way possible.
While chemtrails, pesticides and questionable compounds can be found in our often genetically modified foods, I'm just here to share some of my own humble experiences and ways of finding a healthy and happy diet in challenging times! Consciousness and mindfulness is what we are invited to cultivate.
The care of a starseed for a healthy sustainable lifestyle on our planet Terra
Through my intuitive inner journey of self-rediscovery of the last few years, I realized that I am a starseed, with an Altean soul matrix. I am part of a collective consciousness named the Mella collective, which constitutes my soul cluster.
The Mella collective, which includes my twin flame named Eriel, is of high frequency and always offers invitations to see things from a different perspective, in all kindness, benevolence, humor, simplicity and high vibrations.
It also inspires my creative work, such as my writing, travel photography, ink drawings, Japanese washi chiyogami paper art collages, as well as my harmonizing endeavors, Creative Intuitive Transmissions (CIT) and inner guidance communications.
As I focus on creating harmony in my creative and spiritual practices, I also make of harmony the crucial value of my life and in all spheres of my lifestyle: diet, mental health, physical health, energetic health, etc.
Today's creation I wished to share with you, is one of digital landscape black and white photography, as high vibration art. I shot "Arch" near Etretat in Normandy, France in July 2024.
This shot was taken on a gloomy, rainy and foggy day, which was the perfect weather for marveling at this impressive, majestic landscape of the cliffs on the coast of Normandy. We can see in the background the beautiful arch and the famous rock needle hidden behind the arch, which is a well-known tourist spot in Etretat.
That day, my fiend Valérie and I risked a walk by the "Plage du Tilleul" to observe this fantastic scenery. We wanted to walk on the top of the cliffs, but the weather and the wind were really not cooperating. However, I really enjoyed this magical escapade, because this landscape impressed me deeply. Indeed, as some of you know, I have a great passion (not to say obsession) for high cliffs overlooking Nordic roaring seas. So, I was simply in heaven! In the wonderful company of a great friend and sister, the wind blowing like crazy in our hair, I felt I was home again!
What inspires my color and black & white travel photography?
Due to my professionnel training in visual arts and iconography of ancient art, and having grown up in different cultures, I have developed a strong passion for capturing atmospheres, architecture, landscapes and textures.

In this Creative Intuitive Transmission video, I have created a Japanese washi chiyogami paper art collage entitled "Melentïr", which consists of high vibration art.
The message that was inspired to me today through the heart by the Mella collective I am a part of (as my soul cluster), is focused on going within to recenter, in these times of great challenges, to know what is a real priority to us. If we are able to recenter and focus on what is essential to us in terms of values, relationships, habits, diet, objects around us, then we can let go of all the extra "stuff" that mirrors a busy chaotic ego/mind. To flow with the energies of change in our world, going within to focus on the essential things in our lives becomes paramount.

What is a Creative Intuitive Transmission (CIT)?
As a starseed intuitive artist, one of my soul’s purpose is to transmit, ground and translate high frequencies, contributing to the harmonization of our beings and our reality.
I have a passion for, and was trained professionally in dance, visual arts and in the interpretation of the symbolic meaning of images, as an iconographer of ancient art.
When I’m connected to my higher self, through the heart and pineal gland (as the fractal of Source creator that we all are), the Mella collective that I am part of, inspires me vocal transmissions grounded in my own experience, that are in no way channeling.
