In this collage, the black background with golden waves pattern illustrates these moments where challenges emerge in relationships of any kind, and consist of gifts and opportunities to stay in more consciousness.
 
The lower black circle with Japanese script represents the temptation we have in those moments to react rather than stay in a conscious state. We utter words or act in ways that do not always honor the best part of what we are as fractals of Source, not because we are angry, but because we express our discontent without consciousness.
 
The larger pink-red circle with white birds in flight, symbolize our connection to the heart space, which becomes essential in those challenging moments. This way, we do not react, but we act from a place of presence, of mindfulness and of consciousness.
 
When we are in that space, we are able to express our needs, our discontent, our anger, which are perfectly normal emotions, from a place of presence and what we say or do comes out with respect for self and the other. There is even love and inner growth in that expression, because love is not so much an emotion but a state of being, a posture. This is symbolized by the central large golden circle (Source frequency) with white birds in flight and blooming nature. 
 
From the space of the heart connected to our higher self as fractals of Source, we are able to express anything with care, presence, without reacting, by being conscious and, in this way, we bloom and open, like the golden branches with the flower of life pattern.
