In this relatively minimalist collage, the harmonious blue background paper represents in filigree the state of calm we find when releasing the external noise, that is symbolized here by the busy white flowers’ motif. In that noiseless space within, we can find Who we truly are.
 
This state of absolute calmness and noiseless connection to our true nature, is also echoed by the central navy-blue circle with star or flower motifs. A very basic paper that reminds us of the plenitude in noiseless void.
 
The lower circle, with turquoise-green spring flowers in bloom on tree branches, translates not only our feeling of grounding with our planet and ourselves when we pause to listen, but also reminds us of where we are in mindfulness. Then, we also bloom with what is around us.
