In this collage, the background paper with intense waves and sea foam represents the chaotic and challenging events of wars taking place inside and outside of ourselves. 
 
The upper large black circle with golden birds translates situations of conflict where we can still adopt an attitude of consciousness in each of our actions, without being trapped in fear, hate and ego.

The lower large golden circle with white birds in flight and thriving nature represent times of inner and outer peace when we are also invited to remain conscious of our actions.

Love and fear are two sides of the same coin of Source that, in the absolute, help our souls evolve. In the relative aspect of our incarnations, however, we are faced with challenging contrast and sometime we need to take position in courage, but always in a posture of consciousness. This can be done while we keep a strong connection to our heart space, translated visually by the red central circle with blooming flowers.
