In this collage, the background blue paper with birds in flight, symbolizes the emotional liberation that stems from the recognition and acceptance of our emotional state, without judgement, but with a dose of humor.
The lower navy-blue circle with golden waves, represents those emotional challenges we all go through in our lives. These feelings that sometimes overwhelm us and hurt us. As golden waves, they are opportunities (gifts) to grow as souls.
The central light-purple circle with white birds in flight, illustrates this gentle calmness and plenitude, or emotional liberation, that recognition and acceptance without judgement create within us.
What joins the lower blue circle and the large central one, is a smaller golden circle with white birds in flight and blooming nature, that symbolizes in this creation, the humor, the joy the de-dramatization that gently emerges when we accept what lives within us. A powerful tool of healing!
In the gentleness that we give ourselves (light-purple central circle), we connect through our heart space (represented here by the two small red circles with thriving vegetation and blooming flowers), and we are able to heal, transmute and liberate ourselves from challenging emotions and life circumstances.
We can then open our butterfly wings (branches of golden paper with the flower of life motif symbolizing Source and the fractals of her that we all are).
